HEY DIRECTOR

Maddie is the founder and director of Hey Marketing and co-founder of Hey Media. She’s worked in marketing since 2013, with a love for the industry that started young and never left. Passionate about helping businesses grow, she focuses on thoughtful, creative marketing & media that make positive impact. She started Hey to challenge the traditional agency model and build a team that cares about doing great work for great people, where strategy and storytelling go hand in hand. When she’s not leading the team, you’ll usually find her chasing animals with her two kids or championing their network of family businesses alongside her husband.

ACCOUNT MANAGER & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Hannah is a passionate marketing, brand communications and PR professional with five years of experience in the industry. She holds a Bachelor of Communication (Advertising, PR and Marketing from QUT. Hannah has worked on major government and private sector projects, and most recently internationally, as the Marketing and Communications Manager of The Royal Ballet School in London.)

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Zoe is all about creating meaningful connections between brands and their audiences through beautiful, functional design. From her early agency days in Toowoomba to diving into in-house roles in Brisbane (and back to agency life again!), Zoe has worked across everything from logos and packaging to websites and digital campaigns. She comes to this role with a Bachelor of Design, majoring in Visual Communications and thrives on collaboration, loves a good brand refresh, and believes great design should not only look amazing, but work hard too.

Berit's a fan for all things creative. Lucky for us, her curiosity has led her to several diverse (and sometimes obscure) crafts on her path to Hey. From graphic & web design, to glass blowing, photo, video, and facial sculpture, she brings her toolbox full of wonder to every project she gets her hands on. Joining us from the cold Canadian prairies, she brings over 5 years experience in the Retail & Fashion space and a Bachelors Degree in Commerce - Marketing. Berit's approach to her work is always rooted in impact, with a rock-solid focus on the dimensions, delight, and wit that make brands stick.

Josh loves the creative field and seeing businesses thrive. He often finds himself wishing growth and success on the places and businesses where he sees potential, using creativity to help play a role in seeing the quality come to life. With the amount of creatives and creative agencies delivering uninspiring work, Josh found a passion and a calling to start a media agency that could take things to the next level and deliver clients what they deserve.

VIDEOGRAPHER

Beniah is a natural problem solver and creative, with a skillset ranging from animation to videography and special FX. In 2024, Beniah completed a Certificate III in Screen and Media whilst working as a videographer for over two and a half years. This allowed him to gain experience and knowledge in all aspects of media and overall growing his passion for the industry.
